I texted GO to subscribe - why didn't I get a text back?

Double check that you sent the text to the right number and that you have cell reception.

Why isn't my credit card payment going through?

Try starting the process over and make sure you've entered the right number. If you have, please contact your credit card company.

I subscribed - why am I not getting texts?

Make sure you have cell service, including that your phone isn't in "airplane" or wifi only mode.

I signed up. Why haven't I been charged yet?

Some Creators choose to have a "free period" before subscribers are charged for the first time.

Can I gift a subscription?

Can I subscribe from a foreign number?

Can I subscribe & receive texts from a US number while traveling abroad?

Yes you can, but only if you have roaming turned on.

Can I subscribe / receive texts if I live somewhere without cell service (only wifi)?

No, you have to have cell service to receive SMS messages.

Can I choose to subscribe via email instead of text?

Sorry, no.


How do I look up old videos?

Text ARCHIVE (not case sensitive) to the phone number associated with the creator. You'll get the link to a dashboard that provides access to every video the Creator has posted (and not taken down).

How do I access the live contests?

Text CONTEST (not case sensitive) on the text thread and you'll receive a link to contests that are still open.

How do I send a message to the Creator?

Text FEEDBACK (not case sensitive) to the phone number associated with the creator. You'll get a link to a dashboard that allows you to make a comment or ask a question to the Creator. Responses are not guaranteed.

How do I get help?

Text HELP and you'll be directed to this page with frequently asked questions. If your question has to do with the content produced by the Creator, you should transmit that by texting FEEDBACK. If your question is of a technical nature - and isn't already answered on this page - you can email us at [email protected]. Please note that we are a very lean team and therefore responses may take a while.

How do I access Scriber's Privacy Policy or Terms of Service?

You can text TOS or PRIV to the number associated with any Creator or access the Privacy Policy here or the Terms of Service here

Can I share videos with my friends?

Your Creator's videos are for subscribers only and should not be shared with anyone else.

Can I download the videos?

No, you cannot download videos.

Can I comment on the videos?

At this time, there is no community commenting feature - but you can send comments directly to Creators by texting FEEDBACK. (Please bear in the mind that Creators are busy and cannot respond to every comment.)

Can I watch videos on devices other than my phone?

Yes but remember that each video is linked to your account (including your phone number) and sharing to others can result in account termination.

Can I flag something as inappropriate?

If you believe a Creator has violated the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, please email us at [email protected].

Can I become a Creator?

Right now, Scriber is invitation-only for Creators.

What if I’m unsatisfied with the content?

If you'd like to cancel, please text STOP or CANCEL and your card will no longer be charged.

I subscribed but the creator hasn’t published anything in a while.

Creators are required to post something at least once per week. If they haven't, please let us know at [email protected].

Can I sample content ahead of subscribing?

Some Creators choose to have a free period before you are charged. If so, you can cancel during that period without being charged.


How do I cancel my subscription?

If you text STOP, you won't receive any more texts from us and your credit card will no longer be charged.

How do I change my payment method?

Text PORTAL to manage your billing settings.

When is my card charged?

For most Creators, you will be charged when you subscribe and then every 30 days. Some choose to have an initial free period (e.g. 7 days) and then will charge every 30 days.

How do I get a refund?

There are no refunds except in extraordinary cases. You can cancel at any time by texting STOP - and your card will no longer be charged.

Why was I charged twice in one month?

If you were charged twice, email us at [email protected] and we will fix it.

Can I pay annually?

Not at this time.

Do you accept all card types (American Express, Visa, Mastercard etc.)?


What happens if my card is cancelled or gets overdrawn?

Payment will be re-attempted up to 3 times at which point your subscription will be suspended.

My card details were stolen and used to subscribe. How do I get a refund?
